Ansen Pipe Repair Bandage is a water-activated, fibre-reinforced repair tape for emergency and rapid repair of cracks and leaks. It is easy to use for emergency situations and you can even use it underwater pipes.

Instructions for Use

  1. Minimize the flow rate and reduce system pressure

  2. Roughen the area to be repaired

  3. Knead the seal stick so that the 2 components mix

  4. Place the seal Stick in the hole

  5. Wear gloves, Open the package at a time in order to escape from causing moisture to cure the resin. Immerse wrap Seal Fiberglass Tape into the water for 3 seconds

  6. Wrap the damaged area extending 2 inches (5cm) as tightly and evenly as possible, using the entire roll

  7. After finishing wrapping, extend the surface to achieve good contact between layers.

Note:

Wear gloves to protect your hands before opening the package.

For steps 3 & 4, if you haven't epoxy putty, please use other sealing material to seal first, then wrap the bandage.

Make sure the epoxy putty is thoroughly mixed
